Ways To Contribute To The Cause

Participate as a Volunteer

Do you have any other skills that you think could be helpful? Get in touch! We would love to hear your suggestions. If you can offer technical support, creative skills, web design, or social media expertise, we need your help. You can also make a donation to Dignidad Migrante Society to keep us strong. Every bit counts!

Support the cause

You can donate to Dignidad Migrante Society to help us continue our work. Your donation will help us provide services to Dignidad Migrante Society and their families, including legal aid, educational workshops, and social support networks.

Contribute in favor of the cause by doing:
Help us create the mobile workers' protection center by donating:
  • Volunteer time working as staff for the mobile center
  • Donate new or gently used items from our needs list
  • Make monetary contributions (send a check to Dignidad Migrante Society)
Organize educational activities and fundraising

Do you want to help us raise funds through your school or organization? Do you have a great idea for an event, or do you simply want to learn how to spread the word about how our migrant farmers are treated right here in BC? Contact us and we'll help you figure out how you can reach your community.

Come with us and visit the homes and workplaces of the workers.

Typically, we go to farms around BC on weekends to visit workers and assess their immediate and long-term needs. If you have access to a vehicle, let us know, and we can help organize carpooling with other volunteers. Join us for one of our visits!

Help organize our annual worker events:
  • Father's Day Event (June)
  • Health Fair
  • Subscribe to our Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube and Twitter to learn about other upcoming events in September.
There are more way to help:
Participate by signing petitions and communicating with federal representatives.
Support by researching and applying for grants.
Help us by designing and printing posters, flyers, postcards, booklets, etc., or by making video clips.
Help organize our annual Canadian events:
  • Help organize our annual Canadian events: Annual fundraising campaigns
  • Thanksgiving Dinner
  • International Migrants' Day
Participate in the Civil Observation Commission

We need lawyers, doctors, journalists, religious leaders/clerics, social workers, academics, artists, politicians, and witnesses to help document the living and working conditions of temporary foreign workers.
